Normally, it will take 2 to 3 business days if you our of the countr and should you be in the country then it will only take a couple of hours for your product to be delivered to you.

SPECIAL NOTE: The best days to order and guaranteed direct delivery is Monday-Tuesday the delivery service we use does not do parcel pickup from FRIDAY afternoon till early Monday morning so please keep that in mind that is if you need your order/meds instantly.

HOLD implies your order is in the process of delivery and we just need to verify your payment and proceed with delivery.

PROCESSING implies your payment has been verified and your order is out the door! and ready to be shipped.

We ship to all countries and continents of the world. So it will not matter is you are from Oceania, EU, Africa, Asia or the Middle east and South America. We will still supply and deliver to you.

If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your first order. Please email admin@greenlifecannastore.com with the order number you would like canceled. If you would like your order to be canceled and it has not shipped out yet, please email admin@greenlifecannastore.com. All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis.

It is for this reason that we always demand for your delivery information. This is to make sure we deliver your parcel to you and no other person but you. Also make sure you keep the payment receipt to show to the delivery man just to make sure you are the one who receives your product.

Although we have never experienced this in the past, but we will like all of our clients to know that if you do not receive your package during the time we told you we will send, then email us so we can clarify. Do ensure you have a copy of your payment receipt.

A signature is required for all order as from $ 1000 and above. If you do not want this option, then notify us by saying no signature. But mostly it is for the safety of your delivery.

All orders will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed, which will protect all of our clients privacy. We use discreet mailers to get your package to your footsteps within 2-3 business days

Yes, all of our photos are taken by our own photographers and of our very own products. So any product you find on our website is available for sale. You may notice the product images changing over time to reflect new and different products.

Once an order is placed, it will be put on hold until we receive the payment, we will keep your order on hold for up to 48 hours. If payment is not done within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.
